Level 1 – Administration & Board Meeting Preparation

Level 2 – Screening & Selection of Funding Projects

We pre-screen and select funding proposals in accordance with the foundation's specific criteria. For engagements involving venture philanthropy equity investments, we conduct comprehensive evaluations and in-depth due diligence.

We assume full operational management of the foundation, encompassing Levels 1 and 2. This includes developing investment and grant-making strategies, building strategic partnerships, and providing ongoing project and investment management.
