Lina Bee is a proven expert in foundation governance, venture philanthropy, and entrepreneurial impact investing. Following her business administration studies in Zurich and Madrid, she began her career with a transformative internship in Bangladesh, which sharpened her focus on social challenges and the power of entrepreneurial solutions.

Her professional journey led her to the elea Foundation, where she spent eight years collaborating with international social entrepreneurs to develop innovative approaches to poverty alleviation. Inspired by leaders driving meaningful change in challenging environments, she further expanded her business and entrepreneurial expertise with an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

By founding the social enterprise "Fempreneurs", Lina became an entrepreneur herself—building the organisation using the very venture philanthropy tools she now recommends to foundations and family offices. This first-hand experience on both sides of the funding table fundamentally shapes her advisory approach today.
